Hi, I'm Ellie, pretty new to the site, and usually very busy but today I have a little down time. Hope to see some discussion in this group.

This group sounds great. I've been studying the dharma and involved in meditation practice for almost 20 years, diagnosed as diabetic for just over one year, and am finding this condition is a great tool for developing mindfulness, self-compassion, acceptance – all those wonderful virtues. I just joined tudiabetes yesterday and am looking forward to practicing here with all of you. Gassho!
