Hi, I started on the pump a couple of months ago, and slowly but surely I am adding foods that I normally eat back into my diet
So, I had my first falafel in 2 months a couple days ago and my blood sugar went really high a few hours later.
Im just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for how to bolus for yummy falafel
Thanks!

Hi, new to this website. I am originally from a small village in the WestBank in the Occupied Territories. I am now living in Wisconsin. I was diagnosed with D2 in November. Having an extremely hard time understanding and accepting it. How do i cope? I hope that i can gain some understanding and support because i really am confused about this disease. It doesn't run in my family - no sisters or borther, parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles, cousins, etc., so i'm wondering what happened to me ... what did i do wrong ...

thanks,
Saheer
