TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

This initiative was born in 2008, when we invited the children in TuDiabetes.com® and EsTuDiabetes.com to draw or paint how diabetes had affected their daily lives or how do they thought it made the life of diabetic children different from the life of other kids.

From expressions of love from sisters and brothers of children with diabetes to lessons in treatments of blood sugar lows, the combination of fun and tear-evoking drawings we received was a demonstration of the power that creative expression can have for children touched by this disease.

Some of the best drawings were picked to be part of a video with music by Margaret, another member of TuDiabetes.com®. There will be new contests calling for more drawings from new children in the community. To participate in "Drawing Diabetes" join the "Drawing Diabetes" group we formed for this purpose.
