I love this place...

You ladies and gentlemen are all so very wonderful, and I just thought you should all know that.

It's been hard trying to find a site like this.

I'm sure you're all glad too.

Granted, I don't have the disease, and I was worried about not "fitting in" or whatever. I thought it was clever that the site even says, "...Touched by Diabetes".

Thank you again.

We have decided to try and find boots, they must have A) Metatarsal Guards and B) Steel Toes. I found a pair today on this one website, they don't have the guard, but they have steel toes and they are also like...anti-perspire boots. Which sounded really good, and effect… Continue

Heather

Hello everyone! Thank you for the warm welcome!

Hello and how are all of you? I'm doing great, just here at work researching all kinds of different diabetic secrets and the like :)

Well, I'll give a short lil introduction :)

My name's Heather, I am 20 years old, soon to be 21. My boyfriend, Aaron, age 22, is a Type-1 Diabetic. He has been since age 4. His father is also T1 since age 14. I am looking, more like begging, for answers to so many questions about this serious disease. Aaron and I have been dating for almost 10 months now, and it'… Continue
