I am trying to figure out, how to make " friends " with Henry on the site next .
it was the first good week-end we have had in forever and the kids and i spent all day outside working. with a small morning stint inside with my son going through three hugh totes that was full of his stuff from high school on up. after going through them he took them home. now i can move my roll top desk in there so the kids don't ruin it. it's in the play room right now. i was plum tuckered out when we finally called it quits. i did try to bring up the computer and check my e-mails and such but i fell asleep sitting in the computer chair. i thought my back and neck hurt before. as doris would say "HA"
my sister karen is moving today. she is getting back with her ex. we'll see how long that lasts. he isn't an ex without a good reason. but she says he's changed now and wants to give it a try. it's her life and she has to live it as she sees fit. my theory is that she was losing the house and has no money so she is going back with him to get taken care of. she told my daughter that she was surprised that i didn't try to talk her out of it like everyone else is doing. steph told her that she should know by now that i don't stick my nose in other peoples business. that it's not my place to tell others how to run their lives. especially when mine isn't doing so hot. karen then said yeah your right.
so know it's only my brother and me who live is western ny. and he's about an hour and a half away. good thing i have the kids. on a brighter note a niece and nephew and two step nieces have gotten in touch with me and we are slowly getting to know each other again. they are my brother's kids and the relationship between him and their mom was definitley not the best. you could say like a match and a forest. i'm surprised they didn't kill each other before they broke up.
well that was probably more then you wanted to know, guess i better get caught up on things around here. being outside means nothing got done in here yesterday.
