i learned so much at the tri... my BG was at 83 after the swim. Turned out that's way too low. I lost my water bottle at about 1/4 mile after I started riding. Did the bike part with no water. After that, it was just a mess.

I LOVE car talk and this american life. Possibly the absolute best TAL show was the one called "The Super". I have tons of it on my ipod. I use to live in Boston and always wished my Honda would break down so I can tow it to their garage in Cambridge.
