My contribution is trying to inspire diabetes support groups of equal numbers of seniors and youths sharing experiences and learning from each other. I am a 91 ,young geezer, insulin-dependent since 1977.and committed to reach insulin-users,worldwide, who are enjoying a healhy lifestyle, to STAND UP and BE COUNTED. Also check out; www.restorethebantinghomestead.com. INSULIN was discovered by BANTING & BEST, here in TORONTO, CANADA, July 30 1921. Working closely with the BANTING family since 1978, my journey has included reaching 40.000 people, through hundreds of health fairs ,involved in a community weekly program, member for 8 years of AADE, and my speil consist of three questions. DO YOU HAVE A DIABETIC SPECIALIST. DO YOU WEAR A MEDIC-ALERT BRACELET, DO YOU HAVE A DIABETIC BUDDY. These pointers will go a long way to live a healthy lifestyle. When you wake every morning, say,THANKS FATHER FOR PAST BLESSINGS AND I KNOWTHAT NO PROBLEMS THAT WILL HAPPEN, THAT YOU AND I CANNOT HANDLE TOGETHER. .Check out www.DefeatDiabetes org Look at WAKE AND WALK TOUR,by ANDY MANDELL, who is nearing his 10,000 walk around the USA. Hello there,

I am the lead designer of Tu Diabetes and Manny’s wife. We are working on some promotional material for the site (Banners and buttons). Since we want to present to the public the real identity of our community, it occurred to me to create a collage with very small images (60 px by 60 px) of some of our members IDs for one of the banners.

Would you allow us to use your ID? It would be great to show how much diversity is already present in tudiabetes.com. Thanks and let me know.

Anything you could do to help spread the word about the site would be appreciated. I went ahead and added your site to the sidebar on the home page.
