Diabetes is mine.

I don’t like feeling limited. ( i promise this get's better keep reading)
I don’t like feeling weak.
I don’t like the hassle
I don’t like people’s ignorant comments and opinions about my disease.
I feel embarrassed when my BG is low and I can’t function.
I don’t like missing work even if my coworkers understand.

But wow it is actually life changing.... ive had awesome BS readings, took a little while to get used to it, Sleeping with it is interesting, some days it is wraped right around me but I don't worry about losing the site and to this day have not ripped one out. Hi Heather!

I saw your post on the Midwest page. I live in central Kansas, but I know that one of the places people go in KC is the Harmon clinic. They are a diabetes specialty clinic.

I've probably already told you more than I know. ;) You might look at their website or give them a call if you think they might be able to help.
