Hello,

For all the Medtronic pumpers out there I thought I would pass this bit of news on Medtronic has now come out with a wireless link up to their Carelink site. I just order mine today.

Now I use Boot Camp, which I prefer to Parallels. No problems there.

Permalink Reply by Liisa on April 26, 2008 at 4:06pm: I have used the Carelink USB with Windows XP on Parallels. It works well. It certainly works a heck of a lot better than the cable ever did.

I just have to remember that Carelink only works with IE on windows and not Firefox. For a java based web app, Carelink is pretty limited to only work with IE on windows and not Firefox on either windows or mac. It shouldn't be that much more effort to test and certify the app to run so that you have more OS and browser options.; ▶ Reply to This
