CGM sensors , how much blood is to much ?

When I changed my sensor tonight for the first time I had a large amount of blood . It did quit after a few min . I hate to take the sensor out and start over . Im just a little concerned about infection ... anyone have this happen ?

That was just ONE of the reasons i gave up on the Minimed CGM. So much blood. Huge needel.

I am not sure about infection, but it sure does make a mess. After bleeding like that three times, I had enough.

I wish you well.
