We are a bit understaffed at this time, but we will definitely do everything within our power to reach out to deaf members and, at least, include a general description of what the video is dealing with until we are able to offer CC on them.
Take care, amiga!
I would love to read what you have to say about the experience in the community from the perspective of someone who cannot hear, specially the videos. Until today I had not thought of how the videos that I post may be coming across (or not) for people who are deaf.

Take care, amiga.

I eat a lot of sprouted foods. I sprout seeds, grains, peas and lentils. I have sprouted grains with nuts and almond milk for breakfast, salad with cheese and nuts for lunch and then a low carbohydrate cooked meal for dinner- meat or fish and vegetables. I eat a small amount of fruit also. This diet makes me feel very healthy and full of energy and my blood sugar stays very steady.
Welcome! Upload a favorite pic of you or something you enjoy. It will help to be able to "recognize" my new friend:)
I'm a housewife with type 2 also.
