Susan,
The pump is great, no reactions since I have had it and blood sugars are staying steady. Plus no shots.

Thanks Susan, I'll keep you informed. Funny thing is that my insurance paid for the pump but turned down the request for a continuous glucose meter as they say it is still experimental. It carrys FDA approval,so why is that?

Hey Susan, Kim Johnson here just thought I would say that I appreciate the support and I think that as another Type 1 diabetic that we all need someone to talk to who has the same disease and can understand what we are going through. I would really like to continue to talk so if you can email me... Model4u_22@yahoo.com

Welcome to the TuDiabetes family, Susan!

I guess I will ask: what is your web site? :)

I tink thes is one place to where we cam all be accepted no matter what trouble we have and I've found that the ppl here are very understanding in that field. Way back when I took it you didn't tell anybody about your health and now this place and orther's like it are great for doing that! One more thing about this site so far as I know nobody will put you down for not being in the best control or having other problems that will cause you to go high at times. I have been a member on other sites (which shall remain nameless) to where they did! Noone on this site hasn't done that to me yet!
