25-35 gm for a meal with no starch? are these insanely large salads, or am I underestimating my carbs? somehow lately I can't seem to eat anything like potato, bread, rice - even if I measure and weigh, I can't get the ratio right. thanks for the comment.

wow, David, I grew up in Alexandria! It's such a pretty town. now we live in NJ. I was just reading your post about low carbing it, I am trying to do the same thing. I am not quite as sucessful as you. tell me what you had for dinner last night.

Do you have any kids? Or just married.
We have two chidren, I need to get troy tested to see if he has the gene but no signs so far. Just Madeline has Type 1 in our family.
