Too cool! I wanted to be a robotic engineer when I grew up, but somehow I became an artist instead. Now I am moving back into the technology field once again. Where once tech'y stuff was a hobby and art was my job, I am almost done switching those both around, heh.
Hi Kimberly. Pretty cool pics/job. Just thought I'd reach out and say hi and ask if you know Salty & Sweet. She's another ME/Robotics type on the forum. Thought you guys might want to hook up.
I really don't know the carb content of the sprouts. I have read on http://www.sproutnet.com/Press/sprouts_for_optimum_nutrition.htm
that the carbohydrate content decreases by 15% but it seems way more significant than that. I can eat a cup of sprouted peas and lentils with no spike at all, but even raw peas would send me pretty high, and cooked even higher. So I just test before and after and then decide what I can eat based on thata.

Take care, amiga.
Hope you and your family fared well during IKE.
Please let us know how you are doing, when you get a chance.
I noticed you made the switch to the pump fairly quickly, if you don't mine me asking, was it an easy transition for you?

See you in June.
I am coming down to Houston in June with my family to see Mollie, hopefully we can all get together while I am in town.
