Hi Scott; OmniPod is based in Boston and distribution started in the East and flowed West. By now they have most of the USA covered. I have friends internationally that are panting to get access to this thing. It really is cool.
Hahaha! It's very funny to me that Andy is sneaking food. I've only had diabetes for a short time and so I've restricted myself to 30carbs or less per meal and no snacking. I can guarantee you that in a few months, I'll be sneaking food too!
I'm glad you also like the OmniPod. I only have a few qualms with it, but I'm learning the tricks :)
Nice photos of Bangkok. We like to go to some of the restaurants at the Marriott for special occasions. I started on the OmniPod at the end of October, just over one month now and have enjoyed every bit of it.

Thanx for the welcomes. Andy doesn't talk (type) much but he appreciates y'all.
Manny: the OmniPod is treating us real well. It's a huge lifestyle improvement from needles. I attend a local parents support group and listen to all the discussion about traditional pumps and get very happy that we waited 18 months to get Andy on OmniPod. No tubes to pinch or yank out, no sleeping with a brick, automatic and foolproof priming, and best of all for Andy, no needles to view at site change time. That was a real panic.
Your site is very cool. Look forward to reading and learning from others.
Welcome to our growing family Dave! I've been a Type 1 for 35 years but have always been a MiniMed and my oldest is a Type 1 too. She has a 13 month old and is 4 months pg with her 2nd!
