Hi Bill. Yeah, I used to ride a lot. I've got three young kids now and it's hard to find the time to do anything that I can't involve them in. They're just starting to ride little kid bikes, so it'll be a while before I get out on any biking adventures with them.

I rode once in Sedona many years ago, but it was only for a few days and I really didn't know the area. I still remember it as being a very spiritual place though.

Thanks for the compliment on the tat - it was a LOT of work - 6 sittings! I may check into the Byetta - my doc doesn't want to change anything right now - he thinks things are fine as is - I'm drpping 15# a month, but there's always room for improvement, LOL!
